I’ve been really happy living at SW Apartments. It is really clean, modern, safe, and quirky. I love all the amenities that they offer! There are 3 pools, a hot tub, a 24hr gym, theater room, dog wash station, detached garages, hammocks, playground, free electric car charging, etc. The manager is always super nice and helpful, she is really involved in the property and cares for her job and tenants. All of the neighbors I’ve met so far have been amazing.

We have lived here for 2 years. We have enjoyed it the whole time. The office staff are very nice and always friendly, grounds and pools are always clean. The maintenance staff always comes quickly if there are any problems. They are very considerate and conciencious about not leaving a mess, and to fix the problem the first time.
